There will be a lot of great events happening throughout the weekend that you won’t want to miss! Take a look at the schedule below and please register for the events you would like to attend.

COVID Information:

The College will continue to follow guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the State of Ohio, and local health officials. The College continuously monitors the local situation and aligns its policies with the needs of the campus, so please check back often for Marietta's requirements and expectations. As the pandemic continues to evolve, College operations must remain flexible, since new information and best practices may lead to new guidance that we will be required to follow.

Come tour the new Deem Design Center within the Art Department—a space for creativity. This space provides student access to the specialty equipment including laser cutting and photographic printing. The Lambda Chi Alpha chartering banquet is to celebrate the hard work of the brothers of Zeta Kappa Alpha in earning Marietta College’s charter back. The brothers started their journey in the fall of 2019 to meet national’s expectations after the chapter had dissolved for several years. Through the highs and lows of COVID the brothers earned their charter in the fall of 2020. Given the restrictions of COVID, the celebratory banquet had to be postponed till now. Here’s an opportunity to meet new and greet old friends while getting acquainted with the D&I sphere at Marietta College. Exhibit - “Ohio Pioneers: ‘From such beginnings, much may be expected’”

Legacy Library: Open during regular library hours

Inspired by the local research of Pulitzer Prize-winning author David McCullough for his latest bestseller, The Pioneers: The Heroic Story of the Settlers Who Brought the American Ideal West, this exhibit features manuscripts, rare books, artwork, and informational panels that describe the early history of Southeast Ohio.
